Amazon Verified Purchase review For MM Romance "Awkward In Love"- A very warm and tender tale of the path taken in order to find one's heart desire. It's not always easy trying to grab the attention of the one you're destined to be with, and no one knows that better than Ilhan. My heart went out to him in so many ways, not only was he finding it an uphill struggle to grab John's attention, he also had quite overbearing parents to contend with, parents that had certain expectations of their son. suffice to say, when two people from different backgrounds find each other there are always going to be boundaries that need to be approached and issues to be solved. In this book, Lily has faced both with a delicate pose that flows off the page. A beautiful story of love across the divide that will warm many a heart on these cold winter nights. Well done Lily. Thoroughly enjoyed it. #MM

I wanna give a shout-out for Jeff Ellis!

The Cannibal Cure: A Paranormal Thriller

A snippet from the BLURB- A black badge group must hunt a monster feeding on humans in this chilling suspense novel from the author of Eye of the Jaguar.

A bloodthirsty monster is terrorizing the homeless. Bodies are found in the Seattle Underground, clawed and partially eaten. The victims had only one thing in common:  living the Underground.

David and Abby, US Marshals deputies, are tasked with finding out who or what is responsible. Abby discovered that reports of missing homeless people had been coming in for some time, but Seattle PD had been brushing them off. But when a Seattle city council member became the latest victim, SPD had no choice. Before the public found out and there was a mass panic, they had to call help. The U.S. Marshals secret black badge division was assigned to hunt the monster down quietly before anyone else was killed. But it might be too late...

This is why we love reading....

I wanna give a shout-out for Elin Annalise!

Set In Stone

Patricia’s review- “Hauntingly beautiful. This was such a fantastic, grab-you-by-the-feels, hauntingly beautiful, bittersweet, heartbreaking yet hopeful, smoldering, slow burning, fresh, original, unconventional, completely unexpected, definitely different, and totally awesome twist on the usual shifter storyline. It pulled me in from the very first page, and stayed with me long after I finished it. I would recommend getting this marvelous gem immediately.”

Dowling House

Outstanding creativity how the story unfolds. The author draws you into the story with the way she has intricately woven together with the experiences of characters from different time periods. Melissa and George especially become more than characters in a story, they feel like friends whose story you are invested in. There are unexpected surprises around many corners that I never saw coming! Looking forward to the next installment of this gripping tale!

I wanna give a shout-out for John Grover!

The Fetch (The Retro Terror Series #1)

A snippet from the BLURB- CLASH OF THE SORCERERS

Two of the most powerful sorcerers of their time will clash in a battle so unnerving, so unwavering that death seems the only reprieve. Or is it?

AWAKENING

Review from Horror Reviews By The Collective-

Lily and A. Drew’s prequel to the disturbing and frightening The Dowling House is just as good, if not better than The Dowling House.

The Awakening digs deeper into Philip’s character, and it cements him as a developing hero type. #HauntedHouse

What’s most impressive is the level of detail that is added to this very fast-paced read. You’re entertained throughout, and with each page, you’re able to picture exactly what the authors are describing because of their very vivid and descriptive wording.

And, of course, what’s a horror story without frightening content? The Awakening has quite a few tense chapters and some that harken back to the days of older ghost stories, with a focus on dread-building over quick, suspenseful bits (the book equivalent of a jumpscare).

I enjoyed The Awakening quite a bit, and if you’re a fan of horror stories in book form, this is the story to check out...

I wanna give a shout-out for Brit Poe!

5.0 out of 5 stars review- I loved Chris's mother - such a giving woman #VerifiedPurchase

Oh what a heartfelt story! Terry, who finds himself homeless after tragedy strikes, is a character I wanted to pick up and hug. And when Chris comes into his life, a whole new world of possibilities opens up. I loved Chris's mother - such a giving woman. No wonder Chris grew up into the kind, generous man he was. My heart broke for poor Marcus and his mum, and it was wonderful how help was on the way for them. An uplifting, tender story about hope, life giving you another chance, and people in this world who do things for others, for no other reason than out of the kindness of their hearts.
