I am again thrilled to bring you news about latest releases and other fun readings today.


I know some of you are happy that summer is finally here, while for some of us (those like me living in the southern hemisphere), we're in winter, treating ourselves to hot choc and warm donuts. Yummyyy! Don't get me wrong, I’m not a fan of winter, but we need the seasons to replenish the environment.... not to mention ourselves.


Saying that, I know we all face some challenges and stresses with the pandemic still haunting us. Reading and writing have been one of my few solaces so I wanted to take my time to find some interesting books for you to consider for your 'TBR list'!

hat are you reading this weekend?

I must say, when I found this #BadBoy, I couldn't wait to start reading it because the cover was very attractive and the blurb certainly grabbed me. I mean, who doesn't like a loveable antihero, right?

I must say from the first page till now (somewhere in the middle), the story is engaging and very emotional to the point that my fear of snakes diminished. *laughs*

I personally recommend this great story if you want to escape into another world where there is no Covid-19, bills or noisy neighbours etcetera *winks*

What an extraordinary story!

To review without spoiling is quite a challenge! The story has a perfect, mindful, moving build up. The story of their lives is carefully unwrapped, delicate, and precious. Told by and experience by both their, quite different, pov’s.

Scott is a big bear of a guy, in his early forties and security guard. There are highlights in his life when the small skinny twenty-one-year-old Dillon comes to visit his therapist.

He’s mesmerized, or maybe even obsessed, by Dillon. Scott has his mind set on Dillon. He’s not stalker-ish, right? He only wants the best for Dillon.

So finally he gets his date.

They click and fit well. Their blooming love is sweet, their lovemaking is hot and delicious, both dedicated to make it work.

I don’t want to spoil so I can’t tell much of what happens. There is a breaking point and from there it turns into a vortex…
